Assosiated Press – The winner of Pulitzer Price for 2012 in Investigative Reporting (!!!!) on 13th of April reported – released the following news

the other media, web news portals reported the AP news on 13th and 14th of April
http://www.tuscaloosanews.com/article/20120413/API/1204130709

etc…..
This news was mainly true regarding the execution of 5 Macedonian citizens, who are truly reported as ethnic Macedonian, but the part where the AP reports about previous violence are totally wrong. As a citizen of Skopje, the capital of Macedonia where the violence took place, I inform you that there was 2 week of daily terror over random chosen people while doing their daily jobs and when alone or at most together with one more person. All victims were 99% ethnic Macedonians and to be even more unacceptable, all of them were either very young (15-18 years old) or older people (60-65 years old) and only in one case where the 2 victims were in their 30’s. There were cases where more than 3 attacks happened in one day on the streets, public places, mostly in public transportation. All attackers were ethnic Albanian gangs and they attacked in groups of more than 5 guys. Only in one case, and I repeat ONLY IN ONE CASE, as a result of anger and as an answer, group of 10 ethnic Macedonian guys attacked a group of 12 ethnic Albanian guys.
ONLY THAT CASE can be named as AP reported , a “clashes between gangs of Albanian and ethnic Macedonian youths resulting in dozens of injuries. During several days of rioting, youths attacked buses and used iron bars, knives and baseball bats in street fights.”
Therefore I found it totally unacceptable to spread news in this manner, as with such a reporting the picture of the situation of ethnic tensions in Macedonia which journalists make IS TOTALLY WRONG, FAR AWAY FROM TRUTH, MAY COUSE EVEN MORE ETHNIC TENSIONS AND REVOLT (especially among ethnic Macedonians which rationalism and peacefulness is the main reason and base for avoiding civil war last 10-11 years), IT IS HIGHLY DANGEROUS AND IS AGINST ALL RULES OF JOURNALIZM AS YOU DECLARE IN YOUR DECLARATION & CONSTITUTION.
But the propaganda did not stop there!!!!!

Where you should pay attention to this part, IS
Quote:
“The Albanian lake fishermen were found shot dead last week. Police have not commented on reports that the killings may have been racially motivated.”
The other worldwide news media and web portals just spread what AP released, so you have main media with the same news

What happened and how come the same agency Associated Press reported totally opposite in a 4 days?!?!
The 5 executed people in 4 days transferred from ethnic Macedonians to ethnic Albanians?!
THE 5 EXECUTED PEOPLE WERE ETHNIC MACEDONIAN, THEIR NAMES ARE PUBLISHED!!!!
What the journalism became?! Why is this?! What do media intend to do?! To whom journalists serve?!
I will not write about what or who were the people who committed this crime, I will leave that to the Macedonian police and judiciary system. However, the victims were Macedonian, not that their ethnicity matters per se but it matters in the context which AP so easily manipulated (intended or not intended we will see!!). The context which AP got so wrong is that After Albanians got killed (No, Macedonians got killed), Macedonians went on the street to protesting, attacking the police and as AP says "chanting anti-Albanian slogans." How does that make any sense?! It falsely puts Macedonians in some kind of ridiculous genocidal light. And an additional fact, those protesting are mostly consisted of football fan club members and hooligans which by far are not representing Macedonian feelings or interests.
Then AP goes on into saying that "killings may have been racially motivated." In question are different ethnicities, not races, which is again a well intended manipulation into a sensationalist storytelling since "racism" brings more readers than the much more boring "ethnic conflicts," which also hasn't been proven to be the case yet.
After the Ohrid agreement in 2001 Macedonians are discriminated in their own country in every meaning of the word, while Albanians, who are 17% of the population gain a leading role in every meaning of daily life, just because they are threatening with terror over the rest of population and act like a spoiled child whenever it didn’t get a toy. That is why, playing this propaganda games from a media and journalist is highly dangerous for all Balkan region.
YOU AS AN INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION OF JOURNALISTS SHOULD TAKE ALL NECESSARY ACTIONS TO MAKE ASSOCIATED PRESS AND ITS JOURNALISTS FACE ALL CONSEQUENCES FOR THIS PROPAGANDA AND MANIPULATION WHICH MAY RASE THE TENSIONS IN MACEDONIA, COUSE CIVIL AND REGIONAL WAR AND RESULT WITH HUNDREDS OF DEATH.
YOU HAVE TO STOP THIS PROPAGANDA AND PREVENT IT IN FUTURE!!!!
We faced the same propaganda from the media back in 2001 before the conflict raised, making same twisted picture of the situation about ethnic tensions in Macedonia, representing armed ethnic Albanians as an innocent agrarians and farmers. That’s why we are very well aware where can the same propaganda lead, into what this propaganda like to push the citizens of Macedonia from any ethnicity and why is it for. We are also very well aware and were a witnesses of a media propaganda during Kosovo conflict in 1997.
That is why we will use all our straight to prevent it and keep our peace!!!
Take in consider that We, as a citizens of Macedonia, will take all necessary actions, react to all worldwide institutions, comities, federations and associations. But our activity will not stop there, as the one who plays with people lives and destinies pushing them into conflict, while they are trying hard to avoid it, will have to carry on the consequences. That is why Macedonian citizens through their independent organizations will take legal actions in the name Associated Press and any other media face consequences for such an irresponsible and unprofessional behavior.
We will point our fingers to you as an International Federation of Journalists in case we face your absenteeism in exposing this media propaganda and not following your own declaration and constitution.
Money are maybe necessary to live a life, but human lives and values do not have a price!!!
